Our June Challenge
Kuchen [koo-khuhn] is the German word for “cake.” There are as many recipes for kuchen as there are people who make it. Whether it’s custardy or cake-like, filled with apricots or prunes, round or square, they’re all delicious. This version is similar to a fruity coffee cake. It’s full of juicy blueberries and topped with a simple streusel for extra sweetness and crunch in every bite.
